Parental Rights & Responsibilities
Parents retain their rights and duties in their children's education, even if they delegate them partially to
the school. Their support and collaboration are essential for the success of the school’s educational
efforts.
Parental Cooperation
Parents are encouraged to:
- Ensure their wards attend school regularly and punctually.
- Check the school diary daily.
- Ensure homework and lessons are completed diligently.
- Promote neatness and cleanliness in books and personal appearance.
- Meet school authorities periodically to discuss progress.
School Communication
Parents should promptly respond to any school communication. They must sign the school diary with "CHECKED"
at the end of every month.
Meeting Teachers
Parents of students in Classes 6-8 can meet teachers after class on Wednesdays, while parents of students
from Nursery to Class 5 can meet teachers on Thursdays. Prior intimation is required.
School Premises & Conduct
Both students and parents are expected to uphold exemplary behavior inside and outside the school campus. Any
threats, false allegations, or misconduct by parents may lead to disciplinary action, including issuing a
Transfer Certificate for their ward.
Student Safety
The school takes all possible care of students but cannot be held responsible for self-inflicted or
accidental injuries. Parents are responsible for their children after school hours.
Environmental & No-Smoking Policy
The school is a no-smoking, no-tobacco, and no-alcohol zone. Parents are requested not to bring disposable
plastic items onto the premises.
School Transport
Bus services operate on fixed routes. Parents must ensure transport operators adhere to school schedules and
prioritize student safety.
Medical Assistance
In case of illness or injury, first aid will be provided, and parents will be informed. For serious cases,
the child will be referred to a doctor, clinic, or hospital at the parents' expense.
School Diary & Prospectus
The full school prospectus is available in the school diary. Parents should regularly update contact
information to ensure smooth communication.
